I created this space for career-focused mums who are done Googling “why won’t my baby sleep without me?” at 2am. You want sleep support that honours your instincts, your ambition, and your baby’s biology.
 

My approach blends neuroscience, attachment theory, and gentle but effective techniques to help you reclaim your evenings, restore your energy and confidence, and get your baby sleeping through the night - without sleep training, guilt, or giving up cuddles.
